georgia’s creative industry on the global map
the one club global creative rankings
When we covered the standout cases and winners of Ad Black Sea 2025, we didn’t yet know that these very works would soon appear– quite literally– on a global creative leaderboard.
Yet here we are: the campaigns created, judged, and celebrated right in front of us are now officially listed in The One Club Global Creative Rankings.
This marks a turning point. Georgia is no longer just a regional player– it is now recognized as a full member of the global creative community. And a huge part of this breakthrough belongs to the Ad Black Sea team.
Before we highlight which campaigns and companies landed where, let’s take one step back and ask:
What Are The One Club Global Creative Rankings?
The One Club for Creativity– one of the world’s most respected international organizations in advertising, design, and the wider creative industries– publishes this annual global ranking.
The ranking aggregates companies, individuals, projects, countries, and regions based on points earned across major international industry competitions.
In short: it is the global scoreboard of creative excellence.
How Are the Points Calculated?
The One Club’s system is built on cumulative points. Every award adds to the total—
and now, every Ad Black Sea trophy carries global weight:
- Grand Prix & Special Awards
- Gold
- Silver
- Bronze
- Shortlist
These scores automatically feed into the global ranking, meaning a win in Batumi now holds the same value as a win at any leading European creative festival.
Of course, we had to ask the Ad Black Sea team:
What Does Inclusion in the Global Ranking Mean for Georgian Agencies and Creators?
“This is a breakthrough for Georgia. Our creative industry is now officially part of Europe’s creative community– our energy, talent, and ideas truly belong here.
Marketers, art directors, designers, copywriters, directors, strategists, and every professional in Georgia’s creative field now gain global visibility and international recognition.
Local brands also get the chance to be noticed on a European and global scale. Georgia is positioning itself as an important emerging creative hub in Europe.
Ultimately, Georgia steps onto the world stage not as a spectator but as a player capable of influencing the broader creative ecosystem.”

So, How Are Georgian Companies Performing So Far?

What New Opportunities Does This Open for Georgia’s Creative Industry?
Georgia’s presence in The One Club Global Creative Rankings is more than a national milestone–it is a professional opportunity for every individual working in the field.
Here’s what it means:
- Georgian creatives now compete on the same platform as leading creators from the US, UK, Germany, and other global hubs.
This is formal recognition that Georgia’s ideas and talent belong on the world stage. - Creative professionals gain international exposure and credibility.
- Local brand campaigns earn the chance to be seen across Europe and beyond.
Today, Georgia is closer to the global creative industry than ever before.
Every person whose work contributed to this achievement deserves genuine appreciation.
And next year– when we once again cover the winners of Ad Black Sea–we’ll know exactly what to expect: their names appearing in the global rankings.
For brands and agencies, that’s an additional reason (and motivation) to create bold, distinctive, and meaningful work.
And yes–we’ll be watching, analyzing, and telling the story.
